All our private investigators are licenced by the NSW Police under the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004. Our agents are highly experienced and have been selected to provide our clients with the attention to detail that they expect from a surveillance investigation. Most of our highly trained private investigators possess either a law enforcement or military background, making NSW Private Investigations the right choice for your business or personal investigation needs.

How Much Does a Private Investigator Cost
The cost of surveillance services depends on individual circumstances and we have four packages for you to select from. All costs are outlined below so you will not be subject to any hidden costs at the end of the investigation. We can also tailor a package to suit your individual needs and budget.

On occasion the agent may need to enter a restaurant to follow the subject and a basic meal may need to be purchased in order to remain close and discreet with the Subject and the cost of the meal and or drink will be passed onto the client.
Tolls, tickets and parking fees/fines and motel costs if/where required will also be passed onto the client.
Additional Hourly charge for weekends and between midnight and 6am.
You are required to pay a retainer before an agent can be booked. The following retainer must be paid and cleared into our bank account before an agent is assigned to your case. This can also be paid by credit card. This package requires 50% payment and the remainder prior to receiving the completed report
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone the investigation. Failure to notify NSW Private Investigations within 12 hours may result in the client forfeiting the retainer.
All investigations must have a completed investigation agreement sent through to our office usually prior to commencement of the investigation but urgent jobs we require it prior to the completed report being sent to you.
